She was predeceased by: her parents, Angel Soto Garcia and Celia Lopez Sierpe; and her husband Francisco Escobedo. She is survived by: her siblings, Francisco Lopez and Elsa Cordero of Mexico; her children, Arcenio (Ines Escobedo), Victor (Lilia Soto), Rene (Lacey Soto), Mayela (Enrique Hernandez), Teresa (Rafael Guzman) and Carmen (Armando Esparza); and her great grandchildren, Elva, Maritza and Lydia. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews.
