She is survived by: her daughter Sheila Lindsey of Weatherford; her stepdaughter Shelli Herd of Oklahoma City; and her brother Marvin Allen (Terry) of Albuquerque, NM. She is also survived by four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
