It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Doris Parkhurst (Weatherford, Oklahoma), born in Branson, Missouri, who passed away on September 8, 2019, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Loretta Whorton (Cornelison) and Clem Austin Whorton; her husband Charles Parkhurst; and her children, Ronald, Preston Skidmore and Lola Conway.
She is survived by: her children, Roy Skidmore, Charles Parkhurst, Jr., Austin Parkhurst, Mark Parkhurst and Sue Batchelor. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, numerous great and great great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
