She was predeceased by: her parents, Vann Leonard and Leta Leonard (Alkire); her brothers, Nyle, Bruce, Billy and Max Leonard; and her son Charles.
She is survived by: her children, Glee Davis of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Rex Gilworth Jr. of Oklahoma City and Lyle Gilworth of Weatherford, Oklahoma; her sisters, Margaret Goucher of Weatherford and Norma Dirickson of Elk City, Oklahoma; and her grandchildren, Kyle Wardell, Cody Davis, Lacy Gilworth and Rhett Gilworth.
