She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Godfrey and Nadine Godfrey; her former spouse Herb Fields; her husband Gerald Payne of Perry; her brothers, James "Jim" Preston Godfrey, Darrell Ralph Godfrey and Lyndell "Corky" Dean Godfrey; and her son Jamey Lynn Myers.
She is survived by: her children, Kelley Deane Ramey (Royce) of Weatherford, Steven Glen Myers of Elk City, Shawn Allen Fields (Amy) of Clinton and Myke Allen Payne (Jeanne) of Broken Arrow. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
