He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack J. Sauer and Berdine L. Sauer (Conder); his grandparents, Pearl Conder, Fred and Clara Sauer; and his father-in-law Malvin Koch.
He is survived by: his wife Melinda Sauer; his siblings, Tricia Graft of Clinton and JD Sauer (Debbie) of Royse City, TX; his nieces and nephews, Brendon Graft (Wannie) of McKinney, TX, Channing Graft of Edmond, Aaron Graft (Kimberly) of Dallas, TX, Chaille Walraven (Mark) of Edmond, Jordan Graft (Brittany) of Dallas, April Bryden (Iain) of Rowlett, TX and Brian Sauer of Dallas; and his mother-in-law Dyann Koch of Weatherford.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Chapel of Lockstone Funeral Home (210 Custer St, Weatherford, OK 73096). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Emmanuel Baptist Church (719 N Kansas St, Weatherford, OK 73096). A burial was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Greenwood Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to the Weatherford Regional Hospital Foundation or the Emmanuel Baptist Church of Weatherford.
