He is survived by: his children, Shawn Lewis (Brenda) of Ponca City, Shannon Treece (Tommy) of Waynoka, Shelly Collins (Kenny) of West Plains, Missouri and Sharon Shelton (Terry) of West Plains, Missouri; his grandchildren, Sara Smith (Casey), Shane Lewis (Jordan), TJ Treece (Chelsy), Shawna Schnoebelen (Joel), Jenna Treece (Justin Lesko), Jimmy Treece (Kristen), Amanda Burks, Taran Collins and Jamie Collins; and his great grandchildren, Jocelyn, Jesse Treece, Cydni, Avery Schnoebelen, Jameson Treece, Presley, Zoey Treece, Sophi, Emma Roberts, Ryleigh Wilkerson, Hanna, Laken, Sawyer Smith, Andin VonArb and Jaxton Burks.
