She is survived by: her husband Ivan Cunningham of Alva; her children, Dennis Cunningham (Hollie) of Waynoka, Phillip Cunningham (Sandy) of Porter, Oklahoma, Deane Long (Kerry) of Council Grove and Renae Murrow (Trent) of Waynoka; her stepson Rex Cunningham (Debbie) of Avard; and her sister-in-law Terri Bell. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends.
