He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Leo and Betty Jane Amos (Miller); and also, Kenny and Betty. He is survived by: his close friend Mary Ann Whitely of Alva; his children, Wayne Whitely (Mandi) of Hopeton and Rhonda Whitely of Alva; his sisters, Carolyn Rodriguez (Ronald) and Marilyn Leman (David) of Kearney, Missouri; his grandchildren, Cassandra Arms (Derek) of Slater, John Bamberg (Veronica) of Woodward, Amanda Todd (Khris) of Alva, Cooper Whitely of Hopeton and Brylie Whitely of Hopeton; and his great grandchildren, Olivia Todd, Lane Todd, Luz Bamberg, Sophia Bamberg, Everly Arms and Kylie King. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends.

Memorial contributions may be made through the funeral home to Ridgeview Veterinary Hospital to spay and neuter stray cats.
