He was predeceased by: his mother Sheila Kathleen Long (Sparks). He is survived by: his father Gustave Frank of Gallatin, Tennessee; his children, Jordan Clayton Frank of Lubbock, Texas and Michelle Nicole Warren (Christopher) of Bon Aqua, Tennessee; his sister Sharra Palm (Don) of Longview, Texas; and his stepfather Darrel Long of Waynoka. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
