She was predeceased by: her parents, Katherine M Horinek (Spoor) and Robert L. Horinek; and her siblings, Robert D. Horinek and Joyce M Horinek. She is survived by: her husband Larry W. Ball of Waynoka; her children, Travis L Ball of Tulsa and Tasha L Akers (Ball) of Hinton; her brothers, Bill Horinek of Newkirk and Warren Horinek of Texas; and her grandchildren, Makayla D Ball of Hinton and Anthony W Ball of Norman.
The family has requested memorial donation checks be made payable to the Waynoka Emergency Medical Service.
