It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Beth Ellen Bixler of Waynoka, Oklahoma, who passed away on January 17, 2023, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Max Floyd Bixler; and her son Michael Downing. She is survived by: her mother Pauline Adele Stands (Fischer) of Alva; her husband Paul Downing; her sister Debra Redgate (Max) of Waynoka; and her nieces, Dana Church (Kyle) of Sentinel, Amy Vernon (C. C.) of York and Chancey Hanson (John) of Waynoka. She is also survived by several great nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made through the funeral home to Memorial Hill Cemetery.
