He was predeceased by: his parents, S. J. Orr and Opal Vernell Orr (Lowry); and his brother-in-law Raymond Stalkup. He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Orr; his son Matt Orr (Monica) of Goldsby; his siblings, Amie Stalkup of Casper, Charles Orr (SuzAnn) of Sandy and Jay Lynn Orr (Shellie) of Vernal, Utah.; and his grandchildren, Kailee Orr (Tanner Madden) of Washington, Chaz Orr (Jamie) of Tulsa and Devin Orr of Norman.
