She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Desmonte Blackwood and Onie Rae Blackwood (Allred); her husband Willard Mantooth; her brother Richard Blackwood Jr.; her niece Michelle Mantooth; and her nephews, Shane Spencer and Brian Wall.
She is survived by: her sons, Berry Mantooth (Tanya) of Wayne and Chad Mantooth of Purcell; her grandchildren, Caitlin, Joseph, Justin, Ashley and Katie; her nieces, Kim Cline (Aaron) of Norman, Teresa Piazza of Wayne, Adrianne Wall of Purcell and Denise Nash of Noble; and her nephew Shawn Spencer of Wayne.
