She is survived by: her spouse Wayne Whitefield; her children, Troy Whitefield (Kari) of Pauls Valley, Kyla Perry-Morton of Wynnewood, Quint Whitefield (Andrea) of Ponca City, Angela Perry-Duzan (William) of Oklahoma City, Kelly Whitefield (Christina) of Pauls Valley and Leigh Perry-Ketner (Kevin) of San Antonio; her grandchildren, Lindsey, Ashley, Brittnee, Alee, Karlee, Drew, Taylor, Amber, Sam, Hannah, Chloe and Bailey; her brother Jesse McCartney (Kay) of Salisbury; and her brother-in-law Lanny Allen of Amarillo. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and a host of friends.
