She was loved and cherished by many people including: her grandmother Ruth Kelly of Maysville; her parents, James Gordon Bennett and Mary Ann Bennett (Smith); her children, Debbie Biggers (Tom) of Norman, Beth Kelly of Maysville, Felix Kelly (Jo) of Maysville and Wendell Kelly (Ramona) of Tuttle; her son-in-law Larry Woods (Anne) of Wayne; her husband O. Z. Kelly; her daughters, Marcia Woods and Crystal Kelly; and her siblings, James Bennett and Laura Mae Timmons. She was also cherished by 8 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, 4 great-great grandchildren.
Masks and social distancing will be in place at the services.
