He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Foshee and Evelyn Odessa Foshee (Pratte); his former wife Cathy Foshee; his son James Loren Foshee; and his sister Karen Rudder.

He is survived by: his children, Mike, Adrienne Lang (Brent) of Wayne and Frank Foshee of Wayne; his grandchildren, Riley Lang Foshee of Wayne and Reese Lang of Wayne; and his stepgranddaughters, Chloe Trent, Brandi, Hailey and Tiffany Lang.
