She was predeceased by: her mother Mable Smith. She is survived by: her father Carroll Smith (Pj); her significant other David Bartholomew of Wayne, OK; the father of her children Ron Taylor of Denton, TX; her children, Sean Taylor (Trish) of Forney, TX and Jennifer Creech (Jeremy); and her siblings, Jan Rogers (Mike) of Lewisville, TX, Ron Smith (Deena) of Oklahoma City and Vonnie Allen (George). She is also survived by children and grandchildren.
