She was predeceased by: her parents, John Edward and Helen Hubatka (Sears); and her brother William "Bill" Hubatka. She is survived by: her husband Wayne Elton Leuszler; her children, Richard Leuszler (C. C.) and Helen Smith (Stephen) of Rockwall, TX; and her niece Marilyn Emberson. She is also survived by five grandchildren, nine great- grandchildren and six step-great-grandchildren.
