He is survived by: his mother Ozella Dollar (Murphy) of Blanchard; his wife Yvonne; his sons, Jeremy, Jason, Damon and Ivan; his grandchildren, Maraih, Breanna, Cindy and Jason Jr. (Gloria); his great grandchildren, Branden, Damien, Gabriella, Miss Z, Miguel and Baby Girl; and his sisters, Linda Jordan of Dibble, Karen Hill (David) of Duncan, Susan Phelps of Dibble, Bronda Willoughby (William) and Patty Glenn of Newcastle. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
