He was predeceased by: his parents, Lonnie Skinner and Carolyn Skinner; his siblings, Larry Skinner, Drew Matthew Skinner, Danny Skinner, Melvin Skinner and Tennessee "Teena" Henderson; and his son Larry Willis Skinner.
He is survived by: his wife Janice Skinner; his children, Lonnie Lavon Skinner, Matthew Skinner (Renee) of Purcell, Twilla Kaye Skinner, Carolyn Marie Skinner and Dallisha Gray (Tyrel) of Halsey, Oregon; and his siblings, Rhonda Outlaw, Nina Henderson, Gwin Hill, Eugene Skinner, Joel Skinner, Nelda Collins and Abe Skinner. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
