We are sad to announce that on August 23, 2021, at the age of 66, Barbara Lowery of Wayne, Oklahoma passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her parents, Milond Cunningham and Phyllis Cunningham; and her brother Bruce (Wallacene Cunningham).
