She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Lee Willoughby and Alice Ruby Willoughby (Strawn); her daughter Sandra Casey; her husband Tommy Williams; and her siblings, Shirley Fish, Don Willoughby, Bobby Willoughby, Henry Willoughby and Dwayne Willoughby.
She is survived by: her children, Thomas Wiliams of Lexington, Tara McDonald of Slaughterville and Jennie Reeves of Erick, OK.
