He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnnie E. III and Betty June Leho (Dean); his siblings, Diane McCormick, Steve Price and Bill Price; and his granddaughter Elizabeth Grace.
He is survived by: his children, Natasha Boggs (Dennis), Bradley Leho (Dana), Johnnie Leho V and Justin Leho (Cassandra); his grandchildren, Hunter Leho, Brianna (Taylor), Brittney, Brendon, Jacie, Tristan and Christopher; and his great grandchildren, Nicole, Sophia, Caryn, Kaiden and Derek.
