She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Duncan and Gertie Duncan (Tucker); and her siblings, Roy Duncan, Charles Duncan, Wendell Duncan, Marie Hodges and Bonnie Wirt.
She is survived by: her children, Donna (Rick Malcom), Phillip Keith Stephens, Jr. (Kim) and Christy Ann Stephens; her grandchildren, Ricky Lee Hill, Cory Scott Hill, Kayla Renee Malcom, Sessions Marie Thompson, Harold Ray Thompson, Tyler Keith Stephens, Briann Nicole Stephens, Phillip Aaron Stephens and Destiny Marion Tallon; and her great grandchildren, Breydan Hill, Colton Hill, Kale Hill, Amy Lee Hill, Cadence Elaine Hill, Remington Wayne Hill, Angelina Caryn Etheridge, Heston Trent Etheridge, Camdyn Lee Morris, Cadyn, Abry Ann Tallon, Koda Aaron Tallon, Lucas Keith Etheridge and Mila Renae Hill. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Activity Fund of the Westbrook Nursing Home in Waurika.
