He is survived by: his sons, Jerry Mark (Sandra), Jeff (Stacey) and Jason; his grandchildren, Michelle Matthews, Julie Marek, Catlin Brezina, Bali Winslett and Blake Garrett; and his brother-in-law Paul Hammons (Candy). He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.
