He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Baker and Margret Johnson Baker; his sisters, Dixie Baker and Judy Coen; his brothers-in-law, Joe Coen and Bob Crites; his great grandchild Harlow Ray Sutherlin; his aunt Lydia Peppers; his nieces, Melody Dunn and Sherri Crites; and his nephew Heath Crites.
He is survived by: his wife Dayna Bozarth; his children, Robin Sutherlin (Chad) and James Baker; his grandchildren, Tyler Sutherlin, Allison Sutherlin, Austin Sutherlin, Bailey Sutherlin and Alex Baker; his great grandchildren, Maizy and Rosie; and his brother Ken Baker (Linda). He is also survived by his family and friends.
