With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kobe Fulford (Waukomis, Oklahoma), born in Monroe, Louisiana, who passed away on March 28, 2020 at the age of 18. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Gary and Karen Wallace of Aline; and his brother Bradyn Fulford. He is survived by: his parents, Rogers Fulford (Shaun) and Kimberly Mahoney (Wallace); his sisters, Lindsey, Madison, Harper and Winter; and his grandparents, Willis and Shirley Fulford of Delhi. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
