Glenda Lee Anderson Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Glenda Lee Anderson of Waukomis, Oklahoma, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 1, 2025 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Glenda Lee may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Glenda Lee touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett Jenkins and Beulah Jenkins; and her brother Mike. She is survived by: her husband Gene Anderson; her children, Tim Anderson (Betsy) of Athens, Jeff Anderson and Jenny Anderson Elliott (Steve) of Norman; and her sister Linda Roten of Capron, Oklahoma. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; and ten great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Brown-Cummings Funeral Home (400 W Maple Ave, Enid, OK 73701). A funeral service was held on Sunday, March 9th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Waukomis Community Church (221 N Main St, Waukomis, OK 73773).
Memorials may be made in her honor to the Waukomis Community Church Youth Fund with Brown-Cummings serving as the custodian of the funds.
