He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Leon and Marilyn; and his brothers, Ervin Leon and Kinney Lee. He is survived by: his son Garrett Sumner of Gentry Arkansas; and his sister Rhonda Sumner of Newkirk Oklahoma.
