He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Osborn and Minnie Osborn (Putman); and his children, Johnny Osborn and Diana Osborn-Conley. He is survived by: his wife Aurelia Osborn; and his sons, Cesar Osborn (Sandy), Darryl Osborn (Brandy), Jimmy Osborn (Cindy) and Oscar Osborn, Jr. (Charitee). He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, other relatives and many friends.
