He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Raymond and Elva Louise Evans (Martin); and his brother Jerry Evans. He is survived by: his brothers, Duane Evans (Barbara) of Leach, Tommy Evans of Claremore and Kelly Evans (Peggy) of Leach, Oklahoma; and his girlfriend Lisa Swisher. He is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and a host of friends.
