He is survived by: his mother Rutha Anderson Lewis; his wife Michelle Peters; his sons, Trey Lewis (Sarah) of Siloam Springs and Colton Lewis (Clarise) of Rocky Mountain, Oklahoma; his grandsons, Theo Lewis and Roman Miles-Lewis; his siblings, Jerry Allen Lewis of Mansfield, Jerry "Pete" Lewis of Westville, Oklahoma and Nancy Lewis of Westville, Oklahoma; his half-siblings, Angie Wirtz of Sedalia, Missouri and Drew Barnett of Sedalia, Missouri; his mother-in-law Darlene Peters of Westville, Oklahoma; his sister-in-law Monica Peters of Siloam Springs, Arkansas; and his nephew Tyler Rainer.
