He is survived by: his wife Patricia Williams of Watts, OK; his daughters, Christine Neill (Steve), Melissa De La Cruz (Danny) and Sharon Ball (Jerry); his stepchildren, Jeffrey Kelley, Melanie Parker and Chamaine Parker; and his sister Judy Downs. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
