He is survived by: his wife Donna Sue Fowler (Hogshooter); his father Earl Walter Fowler; his son Daniel Justin Fowler; his grandchildren, Damian Fowler, McKenzie Fowler, Sarah Fowler and Ariana Fowler; his siblings, Jerry Lynn Fowler and Sharon Yvonne Wetzel; and his stepchildren, Sandra Gifford (Hollis Kathy Jones), Marvin Hogshooter and Diana Busby (Paul Sutton). He is also survived by many nieces, great nieces, nephews and great nephews, cousins and good friends.
