He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Hill; his children, Troy Leroy Elmore of Sandusky, James Thomas Elmore of Westville, Oklahoma, Colette Lee George of Sandusky, Betty Lou Elmore of Watts, Oklahoma and Bobbie Sue Hill of Watts, Oklahoma; and his siblings, Jimmy Dale Hill of Ft. Walton Beach, Florida, Betty Joe Ramsey of Sherman and Judy Kay Jarnagin of Ninnekah, Oklahoma. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
