With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bill E. Spinks (Watts, Oklahoma), who passed away on September 22, 2019 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Wanda Welch; and his brother Jim Dunlap. He is survived by: his children, Darlene Jean Clark of Springdale, Billy Ray Spinks of Prairie City and Deborah Hensley; his grandchildren, Rhonda Wellner, Melinda Foreman, Jeremy Foreman, Susan Chard, Joyce Spinks, Kevin Spinks, Megan Spinks and Elizabeth Trimble; and his brother Bob Dunlap of Muskogee. He is also survived by seventeen great grandchildren.
