He was predeceased by: his parents, Louise Foley and Merril Foley; his former wife Carol "Sug" Foley; his daughter Janet Lynn Foley; his brother Mike Foley; and his stepdaughter Jacque Lucas.
He is survived by: his wife Debra Foley; his sons, Ryan (Kathie Foley) of Fort Worth, TX, Stacy (Crystal) and Tracy (Ronna Foley); and his stepson Ian Lucas of Watonga, OK. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
