He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Nance; his children, Travis Arthur (Jona) of Watonga, Oklahoma, Sabrina Keenan (Steve) of Watonga and Marisa Moran (Richard) of Elk City, Oklahoma; his brother Weldon Lane "Butch" Arthur (Juanita) of Yukon, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Micah Morris (Jeremie), Josh Arthur, Coy Keenan (Haylie), Maisha Boeckman (Matt), Kasen Moran and Mylee Moran; and his great grandchildren, Kane Arthur, Charlie, Averie Morris and Reed Robert Boeckman.
