She is survived by: her husband LeRoy Phillips; her daughters, Debie Mahaffey (Shannon) and Vonda Compton (Kelly); her grandchildren, Phillip Melott (Melia), Kacy Compton (Lori) and Joe Melott; and her great grandchildren, Lawrence Melott, Joe Melott, Gray Davidson and Kaden Headrick.

Memorials may be made to the Christian Church with the funeral home serving as custodian at P.O. Box 36, Canton, OK 73724.
