He is survived by: his father Charles Laverne of Goodman, MO.; his sibling Marine Virgil Brewington; his wife Sandie; and his sisters, Sharon Yarrington of Hot Springs, AR., Carma Rogers and Cindy Simpson of Goodman, MO. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations can be made in Louie's name to Zion Baptist Church in Okeene, OK.
