He was predeceased by: his parents, Carlyle "Crocky" Rice and Darlene Rice (Godwin); his sister Sandra Herndon; his great grandchild Aiden Hines; and his pet Red.
He is survived by: his wife Cindy Rice (Potee) of Watonga, OK; and his children, Roy Rice (Vickie) of El Reno, OK, Leslie Dian Ingram of El Reno, OK, Warren Rice (Carol) of Watonga, OK, Mary Neal (Larry) of Chandler, OK, Robert Daugherty of Watonga, OK and Travis Daugherty (Bailey) of Hydro, OK. He is also survived by 25 grandchildren; 31 ½ great grandchildren; and 1 great great grandchild.
