He was predeceased by: his parents, Eddie Valis Pyatt and Dorothy W. Overby-Pyatt; and his sisters, Linda Sue Pyatt and Barbara Ann Smith. He is survived by: his wife Normaleen Pyatt of Watonga; his children, Peggy Pyatt, Valorie Pyatt of Oklahoma City, Stephen (Shelly Birdshead) of El Reno, Oscar Birdshead of Elk City, Tim Rauh (Tara Wilson) of Ardmore and Anthony Thunderbull (Susan Geary); and his sisters, Betty Jean (Clair Hall) of St. George, UT, Deborah Kay (Brian Salisbury) of Salem, MO, Carolyn (Terry Nash) of Salem, MO and Melody Lou Elmer of Salem, MO. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren, and a multitude of great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives and dear friends.
A memorial service was held on Sunday, April 13th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Watonga C&a Emergency Response Center (257210 E 820 Rd, Watonga, OK 73772).
