It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Fred Raymond Lucas Jr. (Watonga, Oklahoma), who passed away on July 17, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Fred Raymond and Osia Fay Thomas Lucas; his wife Joyce Gail Goff Lucas; his children, Fred Raymond Lucas III (Stacey Gentry Lucas), Leighellen Grace and Carsen Gail Lucas; and his brother Dr. Wesley Lucas (Patsy).
