He is survived by: his wife Carol Ramer of Watonga, OK; his daughter Angela Young (Ty) of Texas; his stepson Todd Hightower (Toni) of Watonga, OK; his son-in-law Kevin Evans; his grandchildren, Dalton Evans, Hope Evans, Gloria Evans, Curtis Rice (Bobbie) and Alyssa Rice; his stepgrandson Colten Hightower (Sheena); his stepgreat-grandsons, James and Jesse Hightower; his siblings, Jack Ramer (Elodee) of Mustang, OK, Maudie White (Curt) of Watonga, OK, Jean Hall of Watonga, OK and Donna Hopkins of Enid, OK; and his sisters-in-law, Ann Morgan (Joe) of Mountain View, AR, Kathy and Mo Dillard of Loyal, OK. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
