She was predeceased by: her parents, Pearl Zora Cook (Farmer) and John Cook; her stepfather Hank Warnke; her husband John Thomas; and her grandchildren, Staci Snyder and Phillip Smith.
She is survived by: her former husband Ernest Marion Martin Jr.; and her children, Ernest Martin III (Becky) of Lexington, OK, Linda Snyder (Bruce) of McNeal, AZ and Michelle Madden (Timmy) of Washington, OK. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, and eight great-great-grandchildren.
