She was predeceased by: her father William Parker Fox; her grandchildren, Kody Keith and Kelly Koenig Wilbanks; her husbands, Dennis Lowell Keith and Kenneth Ray Andrews; her sons, Kenny Keith and Lowell Keith; her parent Delpha Fox (Taylor); and her siblings, Myrna McClard, Billie Faye Keith and Sharon Mitchell.
She is survived by: her children, Beverly Koenig (Billy) of Newalla, Darrell Keith (Lori) of Washington and Kirt Keith (Carol) of Washington; and her daughter-in-law Nancy Keith of Washington.
