She was predeceased by: her parents, Arlie E. Freeze and Pearl G. Freeze (Sipes); her husband Leland Moore; her siblings, Maxine Fuchs, Gene Freeze, Arlene Mitchell, Cleta Wooldridge, Delta Wear and Glenda Ward; her sons, Lon Jason Moore and Luke Jared Moore; and her grandson Conner Wu Moore.
She is survived by: her children, Leslee Moore of Houston, Nicole Moore of Tulsa, Lorrin Moore (Christina) of Chicago, Lance Moore (Michele) of Kingston, Lana Crevier (Steve) of Krugerville and Landon Moore of Goldsby. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren and innumerable nieces and nephews.
