He is survived by: his daughter Dagan; his wife Amie Lampkin; his sons, Tylor Lampkin (Alyssa) of Davis and Kale Lampkin (Mika) of Ada; his siblings, Cotus Lampkin (Charl) of Davis and Paula Knighten of Sulphur; and his grandchildren, Teagan, Rigby, Ripkyn, Kane, Daisy and Lilli.
