She is survived by: her children, Gary Don Stephens (Mary) of Washington and Donna Kay Reed (Richard) of Washington; her brothers, Richard Qualls (Sandi) of Wister and Wesley Qualls (Vicky) of Lexington; her aunt Carolyn; her uncle Jack Vaughn of Washington; and her grandchildren, Kayla Murphy (Mike Newman), Auwen (Kay) of Lexington, Marisa Shea of Oklahoma City, Heather Kenworthy (Kyle) of Texas and Hali Burroughs (Brian) of Texas. She is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, cousins.
